Chatea Skin is a skincare brand inspired by Sammi, the founder's philosophy to provide natural remedies formulated with uncomplicated yet potent, premium-grade anti-ageing ingredients for beautiful, healthy, glowing, and youthful skin.
Our Story
Chatea Skin is inspired by the famous ancient "Eight Treasure tea" ( Ba Bao Cha ) from China - a tea said to have medicinal properties.
Empress Dowager Cixi wanted to retain her beauty, youth, and longevity, so she ordered her imperial doctors to create an elixir.
The imperial doctors devised a remedy called the "Eight Treasure Tea," which comprises eight unique ingredients – green tea being one of the base ingredients. Since then, this herbal tea has been Empress Dowager Cixi's secret recipe for beauty and longevity.
The formula has been passed down for centuries. Women today use this tea to help them retain their beauty; however, hectic lifestyles and less time to ourselves are not always easy. I mean, who has time to make beauty tea every day?
But what if we can turn this recipe into a skincare formula to apply to our face to make us feel whole and beautiful again?

Sammi's 18 years of profession in the beauty industry have equipped her with insights into what women are looking for regarding age-defying skincare and the ingredients needed to address all of these concerns.
With that, Chatea skin was born.
