Shipping Policy

Once an order is dispatched, you cannot cancel the order. You need to contact us at hello@chateaskin.co.uk to inform us and give you the return address. You then return the Item(s) in its original packaging (unopen.) Customers send back the items at their own expense.

 

Free Standard Delivery on all U.K orders. We use Royal Mail tracked 48 (2 working days.)

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Usually, the next working day, if an order is placed before 5 pm. We also ship on a Saturday if orders are placed before 9 am.

We currently ship to the U.K only.

Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after one business, please email us at hello@chateaskin.co.uk
